Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Sale items and personalized products are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@berr.in with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and arrange a pickup if applicable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
If you'd like to exchange a product for a different variant, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.
