Returns & exchanges.

Every piece leaves our studio checked and packed by hand. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it good.

Our 7-day promise

If something isn’t right, you can return any unused item within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Pieces should come back in their original, undamaged packaging so we can give them a good home with someone else.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at hello@berr.in with your order number and what you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply within one working day with the return address and steps.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to our studio.

Refunds & exchanges

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Prefer a different scent, size or piece? We’re happy to arrange an exchange instead.

What can’t be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, used soaps, partially burned candles, custom or personalised pieces, and items marked final sale can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or wrong item

Handmade and shipped with care — but if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
